Interested in Being a Member of an Andover Social Club?

If you are interested in being a member of a new social club in Andover Place, please attend the Memorial Day pool party celebration being held on Memorial Day, Monday the 29th of May.  We thought we'd see if there's an interest amongst neighborhood residents to form book, Bridge, Bunko, cooking, gardening, poker, exercise clubs, you name it.  The clubs listed on the home page are just ideas at the moment.  If you would like to be a member of a club not listed, just e-mail me at jimndeb@tds.net and I'll add it to the list.  If you would like to be a member of any of the clubs, also e-mail me with your name and contact info (if you don't mind it being on the web).  I'll set up a link for each club and start adding names of those interested in joining each one.  I'll have those lists available for continued sign-up at the pool during the Memorial Day party.  Starting at 6:00 PM, we'll gather each interested group for about 15 minutes for them to decide on meeting times and locations.  I'd like one person from each club to then e-mail me whatever they would like posted on the Andover Web site, such as calendar info, meeting locations, club rules if you want them, etc.  I'll keep the Web site current with the info I receive so you can use it to communicate to all interested members and newcomers. 

Social Activities
We will have our “Grand Opening Celebration” on Memorial Day, Monday, May 30.  Festivities will begin at 5:00  and will include great food, music and fun for the kids. Watch for details to follow in the next couple of weeks.  This has been one of our best attended events for the past few years and we hope to see you there.  It's a great way to meet some of your new neighbors and catch up with neighbors whom you haven't seen all winter!  Please don't wait until the last minute to sign up!!!
