Farragut is considered to be a part of the Knox County School District. There are four public schools built to meet the needs of this community: Farragut Primary, Farragut Intermediate, Farragut Middle and Farragut High School. Farragut schools are known for their outstanding academic achievement and enrichment. As Farragut High School's Mission Statement says these schools, " . . . will provide a challenging curriculum in an environment conducive to learning that will enable students to become knowledgeable, creative, and ethical contributors to a diverse society."
