ORNL’s Operational Awareness Program (OAP) – Presented by – Rebecca Webb The
Operational Awareness Program is an independent assessment program that
identifies potential hazards and less-than-optimum environmental, safety, and
health conditions throughout ORNL. The program utilizes an integrated
team of ES&H subject matter experts from DOE and UT-Battelle. The
assessment focuses on both compliance and performance – providing
real-time feedback for line management to identify and control risks.
Extensive data collection system provides data for analysis and trending at a
lab-wide level. Bio information – Twenty-plus years in Quality Management at EG&G,
PerkinElmer and AMETEK Bachelor of Science from ASQ certified Quality Engineer and Quality Auditor ORNL Certified Lead Auditor Quality Representative at ORNL for 3 years – Operational
Awareness Program Manager |
