Annual 4th of July BCC Party is scheduled for this Saturday!
BUT... we need your help to make sure everyone has a great day.

Much of the work is already taken care of, but we are in dire need of volunteers to assist with the following things.  Just like Chicken Little, we all will have fun but only if everyone helps out.

We need volunteers to help with the following tasks. Please check the list below and email me back to let me know how you can help.   

1.  We can use 2 or more extra coolers. Please mark with your names and bring to the pavilion Sat. AM

2. Fill coolers with ice and put pop and bottled water (now in guard room) in the coolers.  This has to be done early in the AM in order to have any cold drinks.  Ice is being delivered in the AM.

3.  Put tablecloths on the pavilion tables.  These will be put out in the morning, in a large plastic Rubbermaid box

4.  Bring the Styrofoam plates, napkins, plastic silverwear and cups for the beer all  up to the pavilion and set up.  These are in the storage closet in the men's bathroom.  I'll try and get these into the pavilion in the early AM

5.  Fill 2 crockpots and heat up... -- fill one with baked beans and another with chili sauce for the hot dogs.  Cans of beans and sauce now in the guard room

6.  Cut up the tomatoes and onions for hot dogs and burgers.  Need both slices and diced up veggies.  Tomatoes and onions are in the frig in the guard room.  Bring a cutting board and a sharp knife

7. Set up pavilion with flags and other July 4 decorations in the storage closet

8. WE NEED BBQ COOKS!!!   Start cooking at least by 11 - 10:30 may be better.....
Cooks usually work 30 - 60 minute shifts. 

We have 130 member families that enjoy our pool and look forward to our annual July 4th party.  Please RSVP to me via email and volunteer a little bit of time so that everyone can have an enjoyable day.
