BCC Pool Fees

  • Operations and Maintenance (O & M) Fees – Annual payment for O & M and rental fees is due May 16.  Annual O & M fee for shareowners is $425.  If you choose to rent your swimming privileges as a shareowner, your renter will pay your O & M, the additional $100/year rental reserve fee as usual, plus a new annual social membership fee of $25 (unelss the renter is a paid-up social member).  See table below for complete payment requirements.  There will be a LATE FEE of $75.00 - $175 charged for those fees received after May 16 (or later).
     

  • New Owner - One time fee of $50

  • New $25 annual social membership fee for non-shareowners

    • New annual social membership fee of $25 will be required of non-shareowners who are only social members, and/or renters. This will generate income for the shareowners, pay for the annual cost of social member party participation, and help us clean our database of social members who have not participated in BCC activities in past years. 
       

  • CHANGE IN RENTAL PAYMENT PROCEDURE:  THE SHAREOWNER, not the renter, must pay all annual fees.  If you are renting your share, please have your renter write you a check, and then write a check yourself to the BCC for the appropriate fees.  Then, please put the name and address of your renter on the memo line of your check. This is the only way for us to track who has legitimate pool access. 

To summarize, the 2008 Annual Operations and Maintenance (O & M) and renters

Penalties for late payment
