BCC Pool Fees
2012 Operation and Maintenance (O & M) Fees
á O & M fee—$425 (includes social membership fee); due by March 31, 2012.
á O & M late payment fee—$75 if paid after May 1, 2012 (total due—$500)
á O & M late payment fee—$175 if paid after June 1, 2012 (total due—-$600)
á Pool share is forfeited to BCC if 2012 O & M fee (including late fees) is unpaid after April 1, 2013
2012 Rental Fees
á Shareowner renting out pool privileges--O & M fee plus $175 (includes $25 social membership fee for renter & $50 assessment for pool resurfacing fund)
á BCC owned shares—$600; may be rented to people living outside the >Briarcliff area. The entire rental fee will be added to the pool resurfacing fund.
