    Complete ALL planned monthly outings during calendar year (August through July)
    Attend summer camp
    Attend 90% of the meetings in full uniform

Ernest Hobson Award...a recognition plaque
    Earn the following awards:
        Honor camper every year in troop
        Four seasons camper (minimum of one)
        Eagle Scout
        God and Country

Outstanding Leadership Awards...
    At scoutmaster's discretion
        Each troop leader may be awarded the OLA for each position he holds
        for carrying out his responsibilities beyond the call of duty. Scoutmaster
        may wish to establish his own set of standards to avoid subjective decisions.

Outstanding Service Award...
    A unanimous decision by all adult leadership as to who has exhibited
    outstanding service to the troop. The potential scout should have an
    outstanding participation record, consistently sets an excellent example,
    and demonstrates the troop has a high priority in the scout's activities. This
    award probably should be presented during the scout's junior or senior year.
