Sixth Annual ChiliFest Feb. 2, 2008 |

CAPPE’s 6th Annual ChiliFest was a resounding success, with 14 delicious chilis, made-to-order tortillas and quesadillas, mouth-watering goodies at the bake sale and the incomparable music of the Omega Dogs.
