Mission Luncheon
There will be a mission luncheon June 28 following the worship service. This luncheon will help to support the trip to Oklahoma. There is a need for help with food--chili and dessert. Please call Sara L. if you can help.
Study Of The Lord's Prayer
In June, Reid and Beth will be hosting a study of the Lord's Prayer as taught by the church fathers. If you interested in attending, please talk with them.
Upcoming Craft Nights
Ashley S. will be hosting the following Craft Nights at Christ Chapel this summer:
- June 5: regular hairbows
- July 17: seasonal hairbows
- August 21: smocking
If you want to do the provided craft, email Ashley and let her know that you're coming so that she can make a kit. No cost, just bring your own pair of scissors and a snack to share. If you'd like to invite a friend, let Ashley know that too. Otherwise, bring whatever you'd like to work on. The Craft Nights will be from 6 to 8:30 on each of the days noted.
Leadership At Christ Chapel
We are in the midst of a process of seeking the Lord's guidance as to who He might be raising up to serve our body as an elder. An information sheet about our process entitled "Leadership at Christ Chapel" is available in the Information Centers. Please join us in prayer and consideration as we discern His will together. Please give your input to any of the following currently active elders: Rich Melton, Scott Robinson, Roger Stoller or Chuck Weber.
Mid-Week Fellowship
If you are not involved in one of our regular home groups, we invite you to join us this Wednesday at 6:45 p.m. here at Christ Chapel. Come sing, learn, share, and pray with others in the body of Christ!
Lighthouse Center Needs
In preparation for the Lund's visit in June/July, Jeyne provided a wish list for the Lighthouse Center. There will be a tub placed in the foyer for these items to be donated. They will go "home" with the Lunds when they return. Contact Vicki if you need more info.
