The Crutcher Memorial Youth Enrichment Center is dedicated to helping young people in the East Knoxville community discover and nurture their talents. The program is designed to provide them with enabling activities after school that will encourage academic excellence and promote constructive use of leisure time.

We believe that the youth of East Knoxville must be encouraged to respect the necessity to have moral, physical, and mental self-discipline in order to become well adjusted, productive citizens. The program addresses these needs by cultivating their intellectual gifts, personal values, study habits, and socialization skills.
