The program includes:

• homework supervision
• etiquette
• reading
• study skills
• computer/keyboarding skills

In addition, all students participate in Reading Counts and Math Review each day. The first priority for all students is to complete any assigned homework as soon as they arrive at CMY.

During the school year, the following electives are offered:

• Piano
• Sewing
• Spanish
• Art
• Scrapbooking
• Choral Music

Off Site Activities

The regular off site activities are held at the Community School of the Arts (CSA) at the First Presbyterian Church located at 620 State Street. Several CMY students participate in the CSA piano recital. CMY provides transportation to First Presbyterian Church. Parents must pick up their children at the church. Parents will be advised of the schedule. Parental permission must be given for any other off-site activities.
