Kim,
I am the vice-president of the Colonial Village Neighborhood Association. John Bevis is the president. Tonight John & I went around our neighborhood in South Knoxville city and looked for street lights that were out. The following is a list of 15 lights out, 4 tree limbs need trimming around the light, 1 clean plastic lens, and 1 replace plastic lens.
