call CPR at 865.540-1632. Whether you fill out the online form
or call CPR, you will still have to make arrangements to come to CPR's
office to sign your complaint.

When Should A Complaint Be Filed?
A complaint should be filed immediately after
the infraction, if possible, or soon thereafter. It is better to
file the complaint as soon as possible while the information is fresh
and still on your mind. Details tend to get "fuzzy" over time.

- Name & Badge Number of Officers
- Names & Numbers of Witnesses

What Happens After Complaint Is
Filed?
CPR seek to interview witnesses.
Afterwards, all information is packaged and completed file is
sent the the U.S. Justice Department and the Chief Law Enforcement
Officer with jurisdiction over the accused. Unlike other
investigative entities, CPR provides a completed copy of its report to
the complainant.
