When Should A Complaint Be Filed?

A complaint should be filed immediately after the infraction, if possible, or soon thereafter.  It is better to file the complaint as soon as possible while the information is fresh and still on your mind.  Details tend to get "fuzzy" over time.

What Happens After Complaint Is Filed?
