Welcome to a new chapter of Families with Children from Viet Nam.  We are a community of families who have adopted, are in the process of adopting, or are considering adoption from Vietnam.  We wish to be a support network for families in the Knox, Blount, Loudon, Anderson, Roane Counties and surrounding areas.  Additionally, we welcome those with an interest in international adoption from other Southeast Asian countries.

Our mission is to provide a community resource and support network for families by:

1. Providing a peer group for parents and children
2. Assisting to educate our members on adoption related issues
3. Providing a resource to families considering adoption or who are adopting from Vietnam
4. Maintaining a link to Vietnamese culture through events and gatherings that focus on Vietnamese customs
5. Providing humanitarian assistance to Vietnamese Americans in our community and to children in Vietnam
