Fees for Services
The East Tennessee Technology Access Center provides assistive
technology services in East Tennessee to people with disabilities, their
families and caregivers, service providers, agencies, businesses, and
other interested individuals without discrimination based on ability to
pay. If you can pay our fees, we ask that you do so. If you cannot,
we provide options described below that ensure our services are affordable
to you. Our objective is not to make money. It IS to help you
get the assistive technology services you need and want while at the same
time covering our expenses.
The following fee scale is available upon demonstration or statement of need.

| $75 per hour | Services include individual assessments; individual training; curricular, home and workplace modifications; device programming/setup/modification. |
| $50 per hour plus donation of supplies. | Supplies may include cleaning supplies, office supplies, or items such as coffee, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, copy paper, or ink cartridges. |
| $25 per hour plus donation of 1 hour of your time or supplies. | Volunteer time is needed for typing, cleaning, answering the phone, helping in fundraisers, and assistance in special events such as children's camps or play groups. |
| $0 per hour plus donation of time and supplies. | Request sponsor for services |
Reduced fees are made possible by United Way of Anderson, Blount, Knox and Jefferson Counties and individual or corporate donations for specific counties in East Tennessee.
Contracts for specific and/or extended services are available to individuals and agencies upon request at a reduced fee of $50 per hour. Mileage is charged at $20 per hour.
