Mack French and Phil Williams Golf Tournament

What $250 Can Do...Jason had 3 goals: to learn to read, to get a job, and to live by himself.
                   He has accomplished all three goals, and just passed part of his GED.

  • Provide 5 hours of services to families who have children with disabilities, in their home or at ETTAC;

  • Help people who have lost the use of their voices with a way to communicate;

  • Add to loaner equipment available to meet short-term needs of people with disabilities.

The Cardinal is a touch or switch activated device that provides up to 32 recorded messages.

This device, called a Cardinal, costs $229. It can provide up to 32 recorded messages.  A person can touch each picture, or can use a switch placed by a muscle to activate messages.

As a $250 hole sponsor at ETTAC’s annual golf tournament, you will have a sign placed on one of the 18 holes at Willow Creek Golf Course.

You will also be invited to a delicious lunch with entertainment and will have a chance to meet individuals with disabilities who have benefited from ETTAC’s services.

Your company’s name will be listed in the program and on ETTAC’s website.

$250 will also sponsor a golfer with a disability and includes an invitation to join us for lunch on April 18 at Willow Creek.

To be included in the 2008 tournament, please call us by April 11 at (865) 219-0130.
