Major Events
ETTAC hosts three major events each year, two of which are fundraisers: The Annual Al Wilson-Mack French Golf Tournament and The HeartSong Gala. The other major event is Toy Tech.
Toy Tech is an annual holiday party for children with disabilities and their friends in which donated toys are adapted and given to children who cannot play with typical toys. These toys are adapted by volunteers. (See Photo Gallery for latest photos.)
The Annual Al Wilson-Mack French Golf Tournament
The Al Wilson - Mack French Golf Tournament is our largest fund raiser held each year at an area golf course. A fun-filled event with great door prizes to give away! (See Photo Gallery for latest photos.)
All funds raised from this tournament go directly to provide assistive technology services and devices for people with disabilities in East Tennessee and may be used to match other grant funds.
The mission of the HeartSong Center for Accessible Music and Art is to promote and increase accessibility and inclusion of people with disabilities in art, music, and literacy programs throughout East Tennessee. This is accomplished through activities at ETTAC as well as through partnerships with other organizations in the community. ETTAC's annual HeartSong Gala raises money to support the HeartSong program activities. (See Photo Gallery for latest photos.)
Funds raised from the HeartSong Gala promote inclusive and accessible music and art activities, including future classes and performances of the eXceptional Orchestra, Learning About Freedom curriculum and activities, and a home for HeartSong classes, camps, exhibits, and performances.
