Meet Our Staff

Mrs. Valerie Stewart, CEBT, joined our staff in June of 1998 as the Executive Director of the East Tennessee Lions Eye Bank. Previously, she was the Director of Retina Associates Low Vision Center. She resides in Powell with her husband, Norman.

Cindy Bradley is the Office Manager for the East Tennessee Lions Eye Bank. Cindy takes care of the accounting processes and the office procedures for the Eye Bank. She resides in Knoxville with her husband and daughter.

Yvette Venters, CEBT, is the Technical Director at the East Tennessee Lions Eye Bank. She began working at ETLEB in December 2004. Yvette has over seventeen years of eye banking experience. She resides in Knoxville.

Lynn Duncan, CEBT, is the full time Laboratory Manager at the East Tennessee Lions Eye Bank. He began working at ETLEB in November 2004. Previously, Lynn worked as a surgical technician for sixteen years, ten years being at the UT Medical Center. Lynn performs enucleations, excisions, in-situs, and tissue evaluation. He shares being "on-call" with the Technical Director, 24 hours per day, seven days a week. He resides in North Knoxville.
