If a practice/club program is canceled we will try to get it post on the website one hour before practice and announced on the telephone hotline. Club programs are canceled by the DOC. Team practices are canceled by the individual coach.
Cold weather policy rule of thumb is 40 degrees. Parents should not take for granted that practice is canceled. Because we are spread out around the Tri-Cities, it could be raining in one place and dry in another place.
Severe weather will be addressed by the club. We will use prudent judgment. A little rain never hurt anyone, but lightening, tornado watches are different; we do not mess around with them. During snow storms we do not want players or parents driving due to the fact that they may become stranded and the risk of accidents increases.
