FRHA Board Meeting Minutes
Meeting date 09-26-07; 6:45 PM to 8:30 PM
Attending Rod Langman, Mike Ryon, Nancy Wentz, Scott Gibson, and Jack Hampson
Financials
Nancy presented financial report.
5 CDs mature on 10/18/07. Nancy to investigate best CD "Deal" and reinvest money.
5 Homeowners are late with HOA dues. Late fees have been assessed. All have been be contacted. Those that renege on their agreed payment schedule will have a lien placed on their property.
Architectural Reviews
None
Facility Update
Tree and shrub trimming work on common areas complete.
Lawn mowing service mowed along side sports field, due to drier conditions.
Rod to get supplies need to re-seed the bare area around the pool area. Mike to ask the garden club if they would help with the re-seed effort. Details of What-Who-When to be worked out between Rod, Mike, Scott.
Pool shut down is underway. Pool covers to be installed once water temperature cools enough to inhibit algae growth.
The electric meter for common area was not work correctly (error was in our favor). It has been fixed. The utility bill increased substantially now that actual use is being measured. Lights no longer needed due to pool closure have been turned off.

Fall Feast 10-14-07. At the Pool area. Nancy chairing the event.
Covenants
Jack to update covenant issue lists
Jack, Rod to visually inventory the neighborhoods violations and develop course of action for each.
A front entrance dogwood tree is to be moved this winter to improve visibility.
Tennis courts are being used for non-tennis activities. Rules for use to be changed to limit its use to only tennis.
Projects
Club House
Site locations are still being reviewed
Foot-print drawings are being re-reviewed to try to locate clubhouse next to pool.
Front Entrance Sign was found to be in violation of the town sign ordinance and had to removed. The remaining poles will also be removed. Front Entrance signage was deferred for future discussion.
Other Business
Coyote control was discussed and decided that it is an Animal Control issue. Residents should contact Knox County Animal Control if they feel they are having problems.
Email communication discussed. No changes made.
A regular meeting date of the 4th Monday was established.
