“Fifty Years of Thanksgiving, Joy, and Hope,” Gloria Dei Lutheran Church’s celebration will begin with a potluck meal on Sunday, March 26th after worship. Former Pastor David Tholstrup will preach at 11:00 a.m. The potluck will be an opportunity to share words of Thanksgiving, Joy, and Hope, as well as a short program including videos and pictures of events covering the history of the congregation. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Saturday, June 10 at 6:00 p.m. the Anniversary Dinner will be held in the fellowship hall at Gloria Dei Church, followed by a short program. To RSVP for the dinner, contact Teresa @ 609-2216, or e-mail gloriadeiknoxville@earthlink.net.

Sunday, June 11 join us for worship followed by a reception. Former Pastors of Gloria Dei including, Pastor Billy Rutrough who was the first called Pastor of Gloria Dei will take part in the worship service.
