Welcome to the
Halls High School Band Website
Knox County Commissioner R.
Larry Smith presented
the Halls High School Marching Band with a
proclamation declaring that January 21, 2010 is
Halls High School Marching Band
Day.
This
honor is in recognition of the band's 7 First Place awards
in various band competitions for the 2009 Marching Season.
In addition the Band is recognized for having an average of 22%
of its students scoring high enough to be in the top 5% of
Halls High School academically for the past five years.

the East Tennessee Band & Orchestra All-East Band Clinic which
will be held in Gatlinburg, Tennessee Feb. 5 7. Also, a special
congratulations to Emily Parker for scoring high enough to participate
in the ALL STATE Band & Orchestra which will be held in Nashville
in April. |
