More than a good meal!
The Pancake Breakfasts run by Council 645 are more than just a good meal. The breakfasts are provided at Holy Ghost Church on the first Sunday of the month, and at Immaculate Conception Church on the last Sunday of the month.
The breakfasts provide the opportunity to interact with the congregations of the parishes served by Council 645, as well as providing a valuable fund raiser for the Council, and a bargain-priced meal for the parish.

If you haven't visited the Knights at breakfast, stop in at your next opportunity. If you're lucky, you'll get to try the "Cajun-style Hash Browns," available only on a limited (and random) basis.
