·         Sarah reported that the Executive Committee met and approved the 2007-08 budget.  It is similar to last year’s budget and includes a modest salary increase for the executive director.  The executive committee is recommending approval of the budget.  The budget could not be formally approved without a quorum.

Tom asked board members to review the financial statements.  Monthly expenses for May 2007 were ahead of income, but YTD income is ahead of expenses by about $6,000 and approximately $8,000 ahead of where we were last year.  The financial statement could not be formally approved.
