Keep Knoxville Beautiful
held its regular monthly board meeting at The Candy Factory
today. We tried a new caterer for lunch - the Everyday
Epicurean. The big topic today was next Tuesday's Orchid
Awards luncheon. Board members discussed status of ticket sales,
the role of board members at the event and then selected the People's
Choice Orchid Award. In September our independent judges chose
9 of the Orchid Award winners and now our board members get to pick a
personal favorite. Come to the luncheon next Tuesday to be among
the first to know the results.
