If you RSVP with this form by September 29, 2006 you will receive a confirmation and invoice by email or fax. Reservations made after that date (as well as all other reservations) will be on a guest list at the door. You may mail your payment upon receipt of the invoice or bring it to the banquet and pay at the door.

Use This Form To RSVP For the Orchids & Onions Awards Banquet if you:

- want to see your friends get some well-deserved recognition
- are a nominee for the Orchid Award
- are a nominee for the News Sentinel Environmental Achievement Award
- are a sponsor of the program

Cost: Individual seats are $35 with proceeds supporting the litter prevention programs of Keep Knoxville Beautiful. Sponsor tables are $500 for 10 seats and $250 for 5 seats. Table sponsors receive special recognition during the program and a framed, limited edition orchid watercolor by Knoxville artist Charles Osten. The banquet is Thursday, October 11th, 2007 at The Foundry at World's Fair Park. Seating begins at 6:00 p.m. with cash bar. Dinner will be served at 7:00 with awards program beginning soon after. The program will last until about 9:00 p.m.
