Keep Sevier Beautiful won two national awards on December 3, 2004.  A first place award for Community Improvement and Beautification was presented by KAB president G. Ray Empson for the Vehicle Recycling Program. In addition, KSB was recognized for its overall program with a second place affiliate award. This brings KSB's national award total to three. In December of 2003, KSB was presented with the William Nash Award for new affiliates that excelled in the KAB system.

KSB is led by a 15 member Board of Directors, with the daily operations carried out by the executive director.
