The LaFollette Public Library seeks to satisfy the diverse reading needs and interests of our patrons. We are happy to assist you in any way we can.

We hope you enjoy using YOUR library!

Your Library Card

Your library card is issued at no charge after you have completed an application and provided proof of your correct current mailing address. A $1.00 replacement fee is charged if the card is lost. You are responsible for all materials checked out on your card including loss, damage, or overdue fines incurred; therefore it is not wise to allow another person to check out materials on your card.

Please inform us of any telephone number or address changes that would hamper our communication with you. This can be done by calling the library, writing us (here's our address) or sending us an email message.

Library cards will not be issued to children under the age of 14 without a parent's signature.
