It is published ten times per year (issues for two pairs of months are combined) and copies are mailed to all members of District 12-N and to the current and former International Officers of Multiple District 12, which is the State of Tennessee. The mailing is made from the U.S. Post Office in Oak Ridge, TN, by Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic, Tennessee Unit, which is supported by the Lions of Multiple District 12.
