The dinner, at Pete's Place on the water, outside Maynardville, February 13,2009 featured International Director Bill Watkins of the Loudon Lions Club. He is a retired Air Force officer and retired university professor. He is a founding and current board member of Tennessee Lions Charities, past president of East Tennessee Lions Eye Bank, and more. He has received numerous awards.
