resources are needed and support the work of the Fundraiser Coordinator

2. Voter Registration
|
Participate in an effective county-wide voter registration initiative,
through October 6, 2008 at a variety of venues.

3. Voter Data
|
Using current Election Commission data, develop and analyze a database
of "drop off" female voters. Develop list of targeted women. |

4. Voter Education
|
Collect and organize information about candidates, party platforms,
positions on key issues. Develop a plan for dissemination via multiple
strategies. Work with Steering Committee to obtain resources for
publishing. |

5. Volunteer Coordinator
|
Using targeted voter estimates, set a goal for number of volunteers
needed and aggressively recruit them using the Roundtable as a primary
tool, but also through a variety of other outreach mechanisms. Create
and maintain a database of volunteers. Establish and maintain a system
of training of and communication with database. Provide volunteer
information to other coordinators who need assistance. |

6. Public Relations
|
Work with Steering Committee and other key Coordinators to provide
publicity and news coverage of events as needed. |

7. Drop-off Voter Campaign
|
Using list of drop off voters provided by the Voter Data Researcher,
create a campaign plan that results in their voting in the 2008
Presidential election. Campaign should include targets, goals, and
action stems, with timeline and needed resources. Coordinator will
oversee volunteer efforts.

8. Phone Coordinator
|
Work with Drop-Off Voter Campaign Coordinator to organize phone
campaign. Develop script and train volunteers on its use. Plan and
organize any phone-bank efforts. |

9. Caller
|
Trained by the Phone Coordinator to complete the calling portion of the
project, targeting 15-25 women with calls encouraging them to vote in
the Presidential Election. They may do this on their own or as
participants in organized phone banks. |
