To apply to the Montessori Middle School, please download and/or print all of the material below, fill out the forms, and return them to us at Montessori Middle School; P.O. Box 413; Louisville, TN 37777.

Registration fee: $100
Materials fee: $300 (yearly)

2008-2009 Tuition: $8,500 (payable in 10 monthly payments of $850)

There will be a 5% tuition discount if registration and a one month deposit is received by February 15, 2008. Charter families enrolling for the 2008-2009 school year will enjoy reduced tuition for the duration of their enrollment.

After your application has been received, we will contact you about scheduling interviews for both you and your child.
