You can help Montessori Middle in lots of ways. We operate a variety of fundraising programs, including direct giving, to support our school's mission, unique in our area. We are a registered 501(c) non-profit, so all donations, including goods and services, are tax-deductible. Many employers offer matching funds for your donations! Montessori Middle School can always use general gardening and farm supplies, electronics, office and school supplies, and household items. We have a number of specific needs; please see our complete Wish List. Remember: Donations of goods and gift cards are tax-deductible!

In addition to direct giving, you can support Montessori Middle School by participating in our ongoing fund-raisers. If you have an idea for a program you'd like to see us implement, please let us know!
  • ThinkRecycle: We accept your used cell phones and empty printer ink and toner cartridges. ThinkRecycle salvages recyclable materials from these items, saving them from landfills, donates money to plant trees, and returns cash donatsions to MMS as well. See this informational slide show about the program. You can drop off recyclable donations at the school, 3725 Louisville Road, or to any board or staff member.
  • Bulb Sales: Every spring and fall, we sell high-quality bulbs from Van Bourgondien, one of the premier retailers of flower bulbs. MMS keeps one-half the sale price, and you get flowers to brighten your yard! You can purchase bulbs from our board members, staff and students' families.   • Box Tops for Education: Clip these distinctive coupons from a variety of products, including cereals, school supplies, snack foods, baking mixes, and much more. MMS collects the "Box Tops" coupons to redeem for cash donations twice a year; each coupon is worth 10 cents, and General Mills, the sponsor, runs a variety of special promotions throughout the year.
