The BRIDGES Program

The program is staffed and directed by persons in recovery and is open to anyone who is experiencing a mental illness and seeking support. BRIDGES offer a 15-week education course that explains the facts of mental illness and helps participants cope with their personal feelings and circumstances. It is taught by consumers* of mental health services for consumers* of mental health services. BRIDGES support groups are facilitated by trained class members from the educational course and are open to anyone with a diagnosis of mental illness. All BRIDGES educational and support groups are free of charge.
