Volunteer at the Library!
Norris is a community that is dependent on volunteers. None of the great strides that the library
has made since 1934 would have been made without the generosity of the patrons. If you are
interested in becoming a volunteer, please let us know. Even an hour a year from a volunteer
is a welcome sight. If every patron donated an hour a year, we would have a constant flow of
volunteers every day! For more information about volunteering, click
here to email the library, click call us at 494-6800 or drop by. We will be glad to see you.
Events The
Anderson County Library Board meets on the third Thursday every other
month. These meetings are open to the public. The location and time of the
meetings are announced in the Clinton
Courier-News. For more information, please contact the library.
Our weekly Children's Story Hour is at 3:30pm every Thursday. Children of all ages are invited to attend!
The Norris Library Commission meets every first Monday of the month at
10:00am in the library. These are open meetings, and everyone is invited
to attend.
