What is T.E.L.?
T.E.L. is the Tennessee Electronic Library, an electronic source of information and references from newspapers, magazines and journals, accessible as references or in full-text format. T.E.L. brings to library patrons resources which would not otherwise be available to them at the library or on the Internet. It is available to the entire population of Tennessee and is brought to Tennessee residents by the Federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) administered by the Institute of Museums and Library Services, the State of Tennessee, and the Norris Public Library. Enjoy!
