Christenberry Family/Community Center

The center, operated by Knoxville Parks and Recreation, offers
recreation programs for children and youth, adults, and seniors
throughout the year. Programs include ceramics, aerobics,
language (ASL and Spanish), and a variety of dance classes.
There is an afterschool and 7 week summer program every year.

Boys Winter/Summer basketball leagues for 5th through 12th
grades. Fall football league in partnership with Fulton
High School for 6th through 8th grades. Open gym nights

Knoxville Falcons

Boys and girls youth sports programs for Pre-K through 5th
grades. Programs throughout the year include: Fall football,
Winter basketball, Spring baseball, T-ball and softball.
Lincoln Park Baptist Church Family Life Center
830 Chickamauga Ave., 687-5451 The
center is open to neighborhood residents and there is not
fee for using the facility. Facilities include weight room
with cardio equipment, weight machines, free weights; indoor
walking track

Cansler Family YMCA

616 Jessamine Street, 637-9622. The Cansler Family YMCA was
completed in 2004. Facilities include an indoor water park,
a gymnasium, and a well-supplied weight room and are available
to anyone with purchase of a one-day pass or a membership.
Services include swimming lessons, child watch, and after-school
child care. Classes are offered. Please call for more information.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:30 am to 9:00 pm, Saturday, 7:00
am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
