Obninsk team departs from home and arrives in Knoxville at 12:30 a.m. April 18.  Team will be met at airport by Tom Row and Pete Craven and transported to the Comfort Inn, Oak Ridge.

The team arrived safely and tired!  Wanda and Pete Craven (left), Howard Kerr (right), Tom Row and Dick Raridon greeted the guests.

    

Tuesday, April 18

11:30 a.m.- Lunch at Ryan's for Obninsk team and leaders of Oak Ridge team.

 
Too many choices!


1:00 p.m. - Tour of Oak Ridge and Anderson County


Transportation provided by in-kind donation of van by Emory Valley Center.

At the K25 overlook.  Oak Ridge history.  Evolution of peaceful uses of atomic energy.


3:30 p.m.- Return to Comfort Inn for short break.
4:30 - 6:00 p.m.- Community reception for Obninsk team
