2011 due to the catastrophic events in Japan from the earthquake and
tsunami.

"Cranes Project"
raises $3000+ for Japan relief. The 1000 cranes were delivered to Naka in July.

Russian Delegation
Learns about Americans with Disabilities - WUOT FM
(NPR) Interview with Brandon Hollingsworth.
In
both Russia and the United States, people with mental and physical
disabilities have witnessed discrimination--- and progress. One east
Tennessee community recently hosted five Russian women who work with
those with special needs. WUOT's Brandon Hollingsworth has more on
what the delegates learned, and the ideas they'll share when they
return to Russia.

SCSO. Check out the auction items at the grand opening event of
the newly-expanded Corner Gallery on March 1 from 1-3 PM, 106 Randolph
Road (Grove Center) or anytime in March during regular business hours (Tuesday - Friday 11 AM - 5 PM, Saturday 11 AM - 2 PM). Bids
accepted on auction items from March 1 - 31. Stop by the Corner
Gallery in March and make your bid! Thanks to Eun Sook Kim and
the Corner Gallery for hosting this fundraiser for SCSO.
All proceeds from the SCSO items will go to SCSO
programs.
