A group from Preferred Health Partnership, Knoxville, Tennessee
visited Obninsk in October 1996 to take part in a health insurance seminar with
representatives from Obninsk and the Kaluga Region.

was highlighted by the final meal course of traditional Russian shashlik. |

 A post seminar trip to St. Petersburg
including the Winter and Summer Palaces and other sights added to the cultural experience. |
