Local rock band donates to Sister City Program Local classic rock band Second Opinion donated the proceeds from two engagements this summer to the Oak Ridge SCSO. The $1750 (donated by Dr. Bob Casey and the Anderson County Fair) will go toward the Oak Ridge - Naka Middle School exchange in 2006. The band was formed 15 years ago by local physicians and donates their time to charitable events and organizations. The band has played for the West Knox Rotary Charity Auction and Katrina Relief Concert (at Barleys in the Old City) and has donated their services and reimbursement to the Methodist Medical Foundation and the Oak Ridge Animal Shelter among other local organizations.
