11Program Highlights
Hello Fellow Scouters,

Well, the fall season of Scouting is finally here, and we have alot of great things on the horizon. Please be sure to attend the Program Highlights meeting this Thursday at First United Methodist Church, 1350 Oak Ridge Turnpike, Oak Ridge at 7pm (not 6pm as previously stated). It will serve as the first roundtable of the year, and will also kick off our 2005-2006 Scouting year! Some topics of discussion will include, but not be limited to:

Round-Ups, Popcorn, Fall Camporee, Cub Scout Activites, Boy Scout Activities, Year-Round Recuiting, Our Website, and Training

The Pellissippi District Commissioners will be in attendance as well. It is our hope that every unit will volunteer an adult to be that unit's representative on our Commissioner staff. "Service To All, And Your Voice Will Be Heard!".

I look forward to seeing all of you there this Thursday, and please make sure to have at least ONE representative from each pack and troop, this is a very important meeting, good attendance is critical. Also one last thing, if everyone will try to bring a dish of something (i.e. vegetables, deserts, chips, and if one person will email me to let me know that they will take care of the plates, one person for the plasticware, one for the napkins, and two for the drinks, that would be a great help, and the Meat will be provided.

Thanks again in advance for your attendance!!! Let me know if you have any questions.

Yours in Scouting,
Brian Carl
