For what it's worth, here are the notes that I jotted during your work
session this evening regarding potential policies/goals:

Nonmotorized recreation destination: rowing, bicycling

Make the city more pedestrian-friendly

Improve air quality by discouraging unnecessary outdoor burning

Encourage recycling

Purchase recycled content materials

Reduce the asphalt density

Maintain an open decision-making process in the city
