[EQAB-list] agenda notification, board vacancy

For your information...

I asked Jackie Bernard if we could legally have our agenda and other 
official notices sent my email, or more appropriately, the list 
server rather than U.S. mail. She says all we need to do it vote on 
the change. But news media must receive their notification by U.S. 
Mail. I suppose it would be up to council members how they are to 
receive their notification.

Secondly..I want to mention to members that we still have a board 
membership vacancy.
