responding to Pat Imperato's last posting concerning monitoring the 
Marina plans...

I would like to remind the Board that Robert Leicht of Team Oak Ridge 
has been trying to present to the Board a message related to the 
marina development. I hope we will not put him off for a third month. 
I think we will find their ideas resonate with an environmentally 
friendly approach. He has also been in discussion with Rick Chen and 
the rowing association.
