When I saw the article in the paper and the video, if the background is the actual building site, it looked liked the site had been clear cut.? I don't know about how the water impoundment is protected, but I hope that the site management is being done is accordance with LEED standards.? I didn't see any mention if the?research encompasses LEED standards.
