Based on a Google search, "LEED" is not found within this site.  I 
don't see this as a problem. This is a research project looking for 
new and improved methods, testing materials, that could lead to new 
standards. I also don't think LEED certification always encourages 
the best use of resources - just better than business as usual.

As stated in the video, Schaad Companies has selected previously 
cleared lots that are close to ORNL for the benefit of the scientists 
who will make many trips. As for the development clearing, I don't 
think Schaad Companies developed the land.

I think we can all agree that having this research in Oak Ridge is great.
