[EQAB-list] EQAB upcoming schedule

Last night we decided to meet wekly to finalize our sustainability report.? When possible we will try to address 2 topics per night.? We decided to have a full discussion of each topic by EQAB.? The leader for the topic (usually the individuals who prepared the priority matrix for the City Council meeting) will prepare an outline matrix for all the strategies and tactics to aid the discussion.? EQAB members will then discuss and find consensus on the strategies and tactics and direct the leader on completing that section for the final report. In order for all members to participate in the development of recommendation for discussion, teams have been assigned to some topics.??Meetings will run from 6:30 to 10:30 PM.? Bring a brown bag dinner and beverages will be provided.

Athanasia and Pat will work on developing other parts of the report which will be reviewed at the catch-up work sessions.? We will?be sending the report for review to the City Council hopefully by the end of June.?The final report should be ready by mid-summer.

Fred is working on setting up the website and checking domain names (GreenOakRidge.net)

Joan is working on the EQAB booth at the Secret City Festival

The burning?will be discussed at the 6/4 regular EQAB meeting.

Jimmy will invite?school district staff to attend the 5/7?EQAB meeting to hear the discussion on?energy audits.
