Thanks Pat for writing this up so fast.? I also added "removal of all invasive plants on city property"?as another recommendation at that meeting.? ?Athanasia you were going to get if the property right across from the entrance into the flatwater grill was city property.? It is loaded with wisteria, an invasive plant.? Thanks.

Below are some suggested word changes for the last recommendation. deleted words are in brackets [ ] and new words are in parentheses ( ).

The only (motorized) water craft allowable within the park (waterfront ) area, whether vendor rentals [of] (or)?personally owned, need to be limited to electric, low speed, low wake vehicles.? The only exception to this will be [those] vehicles integral to [the] rowing activities. 

I think paragraphs 1 and 2 can be shortened and combined.? Jimmy is good at editing.

this is a first run at developing a statement to the council/planning
commission from EQAB concerning the development of the waterfront
park.... does it have an official name?.... rewrite, add, subtract ..
print it out and bring to the meeting for discussion on thursday.... this
came out of the meeting this morning and our discussion there... present
were Jimmy, Fred, Pat I, Pat F and Joan
