[EQAB-list] SWOT analysis

for those of you who could not attend the last work session, you missed a
really worthwhile and exciting experience.  Joe introduced us to a
methodology of organizing, evaluating and moving forward on our Greening
mission that is very ordered; removes the influence of strong
personalities and allows all opinions to be pretty much equally
weighted... I really enjoyed the first night and urge all of you to be
there this coming thursday 7pm... 

attached is my take on the first exercise that Joe assigned as we work
our way toward a really creative and meaningful report to the city
council...
