The notation will be made on the Utility Bills that Plastic Bags are acceptable in Recycle Bins. Also we have printed materials and the Media event Monday will re emphasis the same information.

I rec'd my container yesterday and the large sticker on the lid indicates that plastic bags are NOT accepted.  This is going to create confusion city-wide and reduce the effectiveness of the program without an issued statement correcting this error.
